機床主要特點
1、機床采用機、電、液三位一-體,按照人機工程學宜人化進行布局設計,結構緊湊,節約面積、操作簡便、
維修方便。
2、床身導軌采用矩型導軌結構,經高頻淬火,與其對應的滑板接觸面為貼塑導軌,能明顯地降低導軌滑動時
的摩擦阻力,具有良好的動態特性。
3、主軸采用P5級軸承,并經精密動平衡,軸承采用進口潤滑脂潤滑,確保主軸高速平穩旋轉,并將熱變形降
至低限度。
4、機床縱、橫向運動采用絲杠和交流伺服電機直連,絲杠軸承采用角接觸軸承,保證了傳動的高精度。尾
座的夾緊和定位是由側面兩螺桿帶動夾緊塊來實現的,將雙螺桿上的螺母鎖緊,螺桿帶動夾緊塊上升,將尾
架固定在床身上。

3. The main shaft adopts P5 grade bearing and is subject to precision dynamic balance. The bearing is lubricated with
permanent imported grease to ensure the stable rotation of the main shaft at high speed and minimize thermal
